When leaders take a coaching approach, schools and districts can create a culture of equity and inclusion for all students. The presenters, who have trained all leadership coaches in ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program, will highlight the listening and appreciative inquiry phases of the Evocative Coaching model through an interactive experience. Participants will not only learn, but also practice essential coaching behaviors that are the precursors of meaningful change.
