In this session, we will explore the unique cultural strengths that can enhance our well-being and professional success. Statistics reveal a challenging landscape. Despite comprising 15% of California’s population, AANHPI women are significantly underrepresented in educational leadership. Only 1% of school superintendents, 2% of school principals, 4% of college presidents in the state are AANHPI. Imagine what those shocking statistics would be if we factored in gender. It’s time for us to band together, harness our collective power, and thrive as a culture.
