2024 ACSA Leadership Summit

In time, we will all have challenges that fall into the category of Mental Health. Sometimes these are blips and temporary. Sometimes, they are much more serious. It has been said that nobody jumps in the pool to save the lifeguard. The mental health of our leaders is essential if we also hope for them to be role models and support systems for others. My public struggle hit a low point in 2022-23. I came out stronger on the other end and completely transformed how we look at mental health and supports in Palo Alto. I hope to help people plan for the bad times before they arrive.
