Small school districts face unique challenges, from limited resources and declining enrollment to balancing multiple roles and meeting diverse student needs. In this interactive session, we’ll turn those challenges into opportunities by breaking into small groups to brainstorm creative, practical solutions. Together, we’ll tackle right now issues that small districts face every day and disrupt the status quo with fresh ideas. Each group will participate in a collaborative "Shark Tank" segment, where they'll share their best solution with the room. Join us for a dynamic session that will inspire, engage, and equip you with innovative strategies to lead your district forward!
