Panel conversation moderated by the Leadership Summit Chair and Lynwood Unified’s Director of Equity, Dr. Patricia Brent-Sanco. Three current superintendents will share what and how they create district environments that support staff and student wellbeing and how they recruit and retain staff to ensure equitable student outcomes.

This session will highlight how schools and districts across California and the country have worked to leverage state-certified educators in a virtual environment to fill critical staffing needs, support Special Education students and employ creative techniques to increase overall student success. We will spend time understanding the various models for success that have been used across California including Virtual Suspension classrooms, SPED Case Management supports and targeted instruction strategies that have helped support and elevate students across both California and the country.
