Retired education leaders and current school safety technologists, Dr. Sams and Dr. Hausner, will join two current California district leaders to share and discuss newly available school incident data insights and specific impact stories from schools that have employed revolutionary rapid incident response strategies and technology that leverages real time data from Wearable Alert Badges. Data insights on response and outcomes from over 150,000 incidents requiring support for: behavior, staff assault, student fighting, self-harm, medical emergencies, as well as drill and live lockdown situations. The panel local will share examples and data where rapid supports coupled with the unique safety accountability resulted in more de-escalation and improved outcomes enabling classrooms to reclaim lost instruction time and improve staff & student morale.
